Nice and excellent for relaxtion

Very polite and frendly staff, beautiful location, very clean rooms and very good kitchen

An interesting location - hard to drive, but it's really countryside Switzerland. So, most guests in the hotel are senior couples.

Staff - weak knowledge of English.

Friendly staff. Excellent view from our comfortable room. Good variety and quality of food, although a little expensive.

Friendly competent staff. Stunning mountain views. Free parking, wifi, breakfast. Onsite restaurant is very accomodating.

This is a basic hotel - good food, friendly staff, no lift, no frills.

Very friendly staff with efficient service. A nice restaurant and bar. Beautiful setting. A rustic but very pretty place which was immaculately kept and very clean. The view to the mountains would have been spectacular had it not been raining - but we had a great time anyway.

The welcome, me not speaking swiss/german, the receptionist spoke excellent english. The single room was small but suitable for my needs, clean and functional. However, the views from the veranda were just stunning. I would go back just for the views. ps if you are coming from the south and on the eastern side of the lake do not follow sat navs directions, continue on into Thun and stay on the main road before following sat nav this will avoid the track with 180' 1in4 hairpin bends!!!!
